So this is one of three of the better results (the rest will be used in later examples on rigs in maya/motionbuilder).

I used a little pre-cleanup within ipisoft. There are a couple of little tools to use to clean jitters and smooth the overall motion slightly. It's much easier to do that here than in motionbuilder (at least that's what I've found so far).
What I now need to do is attach that motion to another rig - one that a character has a skin attached to.
